2. COPY and PASTE the Staging Calculator Tool into YOUR OWN SPREADSHEET. This allows you to customize it for your clients. The formatting is locked for elements that cannot be changed, but you can adjust the Staging Calculator with the client's monthly mortgage, the Staging investment for your services, probable price reductions based on Days on Market (DOM) if they do not stage, and the final ROI.
