QUINTON ARMSTRONG
Quinton Armstrong is a serial entrepreneur, property investor, and mission-driven business builder whose portfolio spans two distinct but deeply connected ventures. As co-founder of Ashe Magnolia Group, LLC, he leads the acquisition, remodeling, and flipping side of a real estate operation that is redefining what it means to invest in property with intention — turning undervalued assets into transformed spaces that serve buyers, communities, and the bottom line. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in communication studies from California State University, Northridge and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Penn State University.
His approach to real estate is informed by a second business he built from the ground up: SKY5 Cleaning Systems, Inc., a Colorado Springs-based commercial cleaning and facility services company he founded in 2016 alongside a team of entrepreneurs from varied backgrounds who identified a gap in the industry and moved to fill it. Under Quinton's leadership as President and CEO, SKY5 has grown into a respected provider of commercial cleaning, floor care, and remediation services for some of the most demanding environments in the country — including healthcare facilities, government offices, and private defense clients.

BRIANNA GRIFFIN
Brianna specializes in real estate investing and brokering in the Denver and South Denver areas. She is very passionate about helping homeowners throughout the buying and selling process, and is a top producer at Madison & Company Properties.
In addition to her professional career, Brianna has successfully completed over 150 fix and flips and manages several rentals of her own. Her well rounded experience in the real estate industry allows her to better serve those clients who are looking to do the same. KIMBERLY DARNELL
Kimberly Darnell is the owner of Kurated Home Staging, serving the Denver region. She stages Vacant and Occupied homes, and also provides color consultations, and holiday decor. As as talented designer, Kimberly started in kitchen and bath design, and got her real estate license, helping many clients sell and buy their dream homes.
She prepared her listings for sale, using her keen eye for design, color, placement and scale. Other agents noticed her listings looked great, and started asking her for help. Kimberly transitioned into home staging and stopped selling real estate, preferring to make properties look their best to handling often frustrating and complicated transactions.
As a solopreneur, Kimberly works with her movers to install furniture, art and decor into vacant properties. She provides expert guidance to clients, advising them on updating their homes prior to listing, and is a color expert. She loves the industry, often working long days to get staging work done.
MICHAEL GRIFFIN
Michael Griffin began his career in real estate in 2002 after Graduating UNC with a marketing Degree. He is currently the Managing Partner at Madison Commercial Properties and heads a growing team of commercial brokers that service the entire Denver Metro Area. Prior to Madison Commercial, Michael was a broker and John Propp Commercial Group and Senior Vice President of the commercial division at Shorewood Real Estate. Michael's' expertise as a Commercial Generalist has allowed him to advise his clients in any type of commercial property transaction.
From Landlord and tenant representation to the purchase and sale of investment property Michael's years of industry experience sets him apart. Michael has consistently been a top producer closing deals from small business opportunities to multi-million dollar transactions. Michael also has consistently been recognized and awarded with top producer Designations and top sales awards year over year.

Bethany MacLachlan is a digital marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and performer with a unique background spanning social media, business systems, and the arts.
She is the co-founder of Jonathan Fowler Media LLC, a company focused on helping professionals and small business owners strengthen their brands through strategic social media, content, and digital marketing systems.
Most recently, Bethany founded BMac Marketing LLC, a digital marketing consulting firm focused on helping professionals in the arts, wellness, fitness, and beauty industries build stronger digital brands, streamline their systems, and show up online with confidence.
Bethany also serves as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager in the mortgage industry, where she specializes in social media strategy, automation, digital branding, cybersecurity awareness, and online visibility. She is known for helping business owners better understand how to use today’s digital tools to protect their brand, expand their reach, and create more sustainable marketing systems.
In addition to her marketing career, Bethany is an actress and performer in the Houston area, with experience in both film and stage. Her creative background gives her a distinct perspective on storytelling, audience connection, and personal branding.

LISA NGUYEN
Lisa Nguyen is a prominent Denver real estate leader and community advocate who serves as the President of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR). She leads The International Group at RE/MAX Professionals and is widely recognized for breaking barriers as a minority female leader and her fierce advocacy for fair, affordable housing.
Lisa is a proud Colorado native and the daughter of a Marine who fought alongside Americans in the Vietnam War. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1999 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Colorado Denver in 2004. Lisa obtained her real estate license in 2005 and currently leads The International Group at RE/MAX Professionals, a team of 20 who specialize in residential, commercial and business brokering. JOHN NORRIS
John was first licensed in Real Estate in Colorado in 2004. He studied architecture, business and history at UCLA and was always fascinated by houses. It was a natural transition for him to earn his license as a real estate agent. As a REALTOR he found his niche with helping residential Buyers and Sellers successfully find a home or sell their house.
John is the Sr Exec VP for IAHSP, and has had the privilege of speaking and sharing his expertise at industry events in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Denver, Nashville, Charlotte, London, Warsaw, Madrid, Milan, Budapest and The Netherlands.
He grew up in Littleton in the area of Bow Mar and moved to Northern California for a period of time. He and his wife moved their family to Littleton to fulfill the goals they set when they got married to eventually reside in Colorado. His family has owned a cabin in Breckenridge for 53 years and enjoyed winters and summers in the mountains. John has four children, a daughter and 3 sons ranging in age, and two granddaughters. He and his wife have been married since 1987 and met at UCLA where they were students.
One of the best aspects of living in this region is the skiing. John has been a life-long skier and learned on the slopes of Breckenridge when he was 5 years old. He was a ski racer in high school and was ranked in the state for slalom. He also enjoys hiking, biking, and being outdoors in general. He is passionate about our state, politics and our country – and enjoy helping others realize their dream of home ownership.
STEVEN NORRIS
Steven was first licensed in Real Estate in 2013 while studying and then graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, and also receiving minors in Math and Gerontology. Steven is the leader of the Young Professionals Colorado group for eXp, serves on various committees to bring education to colleagues and has spoken at industry events in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Denver, Nashville and Charlotte.

Cathi Rios is the President and Owner of Front Range Stage, started her business with a passion towards staging excellence. She is a graduate of Home Staging Resource (the first truly “Accredited” staging training program) and earned the Luxury Home Specialist designation while leading her team for over 19 years. Cathi utilizes talented stagers she personally trains using her Master of Science degree in Corporate Training and Development. She has traveled the world with her military veteran husband and has mastered how to incorporate old world charm and organic elements into new world design.
Her team has been featured in the news and on radio programs, the Colorado Springs Business Journal, and has recently won the Quality Business Award for the Best Staging Company in the Colorado Springs market as well as the 2026 Best of Houzz customer service award!
