We set the standard for excellence in the Home Staging industry of the Charlotte region from the Blue Ridge Mountains and on into South Carolina. Our members represent all of the counties in North and South Carolina.

We are committed to exceptional service and satisfaction. Our members offer occupied and vacant Home Staging, Parade of Home Staging, model Home Staging, commercial Staging, as well as organizing and design services. Our members assist property owners, builders, real estate agents, banks, and investors. We prepare properties for sale with utmost attention to details.

IAHSP® is a recognized voice of the real estate Staging profession, and sets the benchmark for excellence in Staging.

The Charlotte Regional Chapter of the IAHSP® is dedicated to advancing the art and education of the professional Home Stager who prepares homes for sale by: Enhancing Home Staging excellence; Facilitating Home Staging business development opportunities; Fostering Community where our members live and work; and Increasing IAHSP®'s identity in the industry.

Though our IAHSP® Foundation we provide planing, funding, community service, and we carry out our mission of changing the lives of people around the world through the art of Home Staging. Once a year IAHSP® Charlotte World-wide stop their regular Staging work for one week to join together in their communities to hep family, group, or nonprofit by giving freely on their time, service, and talent to Stage® a property to sell, or Stage® a room to live and work.

For the past several years Charlotte IAHSP® members have Stages rooms for teachers and staff at Foster Village, Thompson Child & Family Focus, participated in renovation work, fundraisers, and collected food and needed items for Novant Hospital, Salvation Army, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
