Originally from New York City, Gina brings a strong design foundation shaped by years working in retail design and photo art direction, specializing in furniture focused room sets and large scale catalog photography.

Earlier in her career, Gina Art directed over 100+ room set photo shoots, developing a sharp eye for how spaces photograph, flow, and emotionally connect with buyers and guests, skills that translate seamlessly into staging and short-term rental design today.

She specializes in helping property owners avoid expensive missteps, make smart purchasing decisions, and create guest ready homes that photograph beautifully, function effortlessly, and earn consistent 5-star reviews.

Her work has been nationally recognized by the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), Best of Houzz, and Home Staging Resource’s “Best of the Best.” She also educates homeowners, hosts, and fellow stagers through an STR-focused masterclass and professional resources rooted in real-world project experience.
