Jennie Norris is the Chairwoman for the IAHSP®, International Association of Home Staging Professionals®, the only global home staging industry association with members in 38 countries and growing. In this role, she’s determined to help its thousands of home stagers, interior designers and real estate professionals around the world to thrive in ways they never imagined. She is a changemaker, a torchbearer, and a champion of the industry.  She is the creator of the Accredited Staging Professional Master® (ASPM®) – SCALE Course and leader of the team that has taught staging professionals around the world, providing incredibly valuable insights to students looking to level up their business, staging skills and ultimately create a sellable business asset.

Jennie is an international expert and speaker on the subject, has created multiple courses, and has educated thousands of real estate, home staging and design professionals in seminars, courses and conferences throughout the world including London, Milan, Rome, Lisbon, Madrid, Warsaw and Athens. She is a published author of two books written to help industry colleagues grow and thrive. Since 2003, Jennie has served in leadership in the home staging industry, was the first IAHSP® Business Coach, started the very first chapter of industry members, provided the first statistical summaries to support staging, authored two industry books, launched the first industry LIVE Talk Show and podcast, created the first industry magazine, wrote numerous industry guides, marketing and business publications. In 2024, Jennie launched the industry Brain Trust and Leadership Academy, as well as the Young Professionals in Home Staging and Design to mentor and encourage future leaders to step up to service and grow the industry into the future.

In 2016 she initiated the European chapter of IAHSP® and helped with its official launch in 2018. The evolution of IAHSP® Europe to EAHSP to GAPHS would not have occurred without her and IAHSP’s strategic involvement, financial support, and identification of leaders that have grown the profession of Home Staging in Europe.  As the Chairwoman and CEO of IAHSP®, she has helped support the growth of staging in other countries including South Africa, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Russia, Canada, and Japan by cultivating leadership and providing resources for growth.

Jennie graduated from UCLA with a degree in PsychBiology, and after a successful career in marketing and business development, she left the corporate world to raise her family of four children and eventually start a home staging business.  Since 2002, Jennie has owned and operated successful Staging companies providing occupied and vacant home staging services.  She and her staging teams have staged 7,200+ properties in California and Colorado. She has earned 14 industry credentials to advance her expertise. She has been decorated with honors such as Innovator of the Year, Top 100 in Real Estate, Industry Trailblazer, Top 100 Most Influential in Home Staging, nine consecutive Best of Home Staging Awards for Staging Excellence, Design Excellence, Client Care and Industry Leadership, multiple individual awards for her and her team’s Staging work on vacant, occupied and luxury homes.

She is the first recipient of the IAHSP® Spirit Award, the only two-time winner of the Staging Award of Excellence and is 2021 inductee into the Home Staging Hall of Fame. Since 2005, Sandra has devoted her time, energy, ideas, and creativity to the home staging industry, growing the top, multi-awarded and successful company serving the South Florida market.  She has been recognized internationally as a leader, educator, speaker, mentor, and motivator in the home staging, real estate, and design industries. Prior to Staging she was a Realtor® and found her passion in helping her clients get the best results when selling.  Her transition to home staging was because she saw a need for the service in her region, and realized there were no qualified professionals offering staging. Always up for a challenge, Sandra established her business and used her excellent communication and sales skills to create the demand for her services that provided results others were not achieving. With her creative talent and eye for design, home staging was a natural fit, and she became the preferred stager for clients who wanted an elevated selling experience.

Sandra was the first stager in South Florida to establish and set the standard for luxury properties, eventually rebranding her original company, Home Staging Solutions to Luxe Home Staging and Design where she put the focus on the luxury property category that is in high demand in her region. She was part of the first designation course for Luxury Certification in the home staging industry and continues to lend her expertise to added education to help others increase their success and earnings. Luxe Home Staging and Design also provides stylish design for short-term rentals that are in high demand in their market, and Sandra once again was the pioneer for stagers looking to not only provide stylish design, but also earn income from being a property owner and host for the short-term rental property industry.

Sandra has been recognized numerous times for her excellent staging work as an outstanding individual stager, receiving the Staging Award of Excellence, which is the highest home staging industry award.  She and her teams have won awards for their staging work in multiple categories and their team is recognized as one of the top in the world.  Sandra has provided her expertise as an awards judge for the building industry in Houston, international staging awards in Europe, and annual industry awards for staging associations.

With her passion to help sellers, Sandra and her team have staged over $3 billion dollars of real estate, including multi-million-dollar properties that sell furnished to buyers who fall in love with their design inspirations. In addition to Luxe Home Staging and Design, Sandra is one of the Executive Vice Presidents and Board Members of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®).  She is a Certified Accredited Staging Professional Master® Course Trainer with Stagedhomes.com and helps educate realtors and new home stagers from around the world.

From humble beginnings Blair and his husband, Will, developed a dynamic company that exploded into a nationally and internationally recognized design firm. Setting The Space has completed projects in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Tennessee and France. Speaking engagements due to their success have taken them to France, England, Mexico, and Canada as well as all over the United States.

 

The knowledge and innate talent Blair has, combined with his indomitable spirit, have pushed this company to be a unique force in their industry. Blair is a vibrant and engaging personality whose passion for home staging exudes from his very soul. His background in design and sales made him a leader in every company for which he ever worked. In his own company Blair has forged the way for other home stagers by being the first to conquer the wholesale market by breaking down barriers that prevented smaller companies from buying on the world platform. As a leader in his industry Blair assists other small businesses as well in their quest to exceed and grow.

 

The success of Setting The Space necessitated the creation of an interior design firm as well. The design firm was so successful that Blair then decided to grow the company further by opening retail stores. There are now several Setting The Space retail stores. Blair continues to devote his time to helping and coaching other entrepreneurs to create and grow their businesses as well.

John Norris is top producing Realtor® with eXp Realty, the fastest growing real estate company in the world. He specializes in working with sellers, buyers, builders and investors to sell and buy properties. He is the Senior Executive Vice President and co-owner of IAHSP® and Stagedhomes, working to advance the profession of home staging around the globe.  Alongside his wife, Jennie, he has supported the growth and expansion of home staging as a key part of the real estate industry and process.

After graduating from UCLA where he studied architecture, business, and history, John moved to Colorado where he earned his real estate license and worked in the world-renowned ski town of Breckenridge. He returned to California where he was hired by a top computer company as a Senior Account Executive working with Fortune 500 companies. John had a highly successful 22-year career in IT sales, winning quota-clubs and awards for his sales skills, and earning the nickname: The Negotiator for his ability to skillfully close large and profitable business deals.

 

John has always been fascinated by houses – how they are built, how they can be updated, how the structures and system work, and he grew up with parents who encouraged this interest by buying and renovating properties back before it was called, “flipping.” He would work alongside his engineer father to learn how to lay wood floors and paint walls.  When he was looking to transition into a different career path, John decided to follow his passion and earned his real estate license in California in 2004 and started his real estate company, Norris4Homes. He quickly became the top listing agent in his area, using home staging as his key to securing business over his competition. In 2016, oldest son, Steven, joined John as a Realtor® and today they are the leaders of the Legacy Properties International Team.
